The Australasian Humour Studies Network is an independent network of scholars embracing many academic disciplines and fields of practice, all interested in the study of humour and laughter. From its foundation, members of its Board and Review Panel have been drawn from a wide range of university faculties in both Australia and New Zealand/Aotearoa and include at least one practitioner.

    The Board of @AHSN_Humour begins a new term. Barbara Plester (Auckland) joined the Board as well as Beatriz Carbajal-Carrera (USyd) as the new Book Review Editor & I was appointed the Chair of Review Panel.
